Approaching Reason, Logically!

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is doin well in there musical pursuits. Unfortunately, I have reached a speed bump in my journey. Long story short, I am trying to build a beat around an acapella using logic as a host to simply play the acapella in the background as I play and sequecne around it in reason. If ANYONE can take the time out of their schedule to explain this process to me, I wud be truly grateful! I kno my gratitude isnt an actual gift but perhaps you will kno that you helped someone else get one step closer to success. lol Thanks in advance.
 
I assume you know how to rewire them both right? If not, search rewiring logic with reason on the net. After that, start with a drum beat or turn the metronome on, make it in sync with the acapella, you'll know that you listen to the 4 or 8 bars of verse of the acapella if it is on time with the metronome or the drums. If it is, then you can start building your beats around it.
