Cant put sound kits into packs section

I downloaded winrar to extract my sound kits FL studio. However, when press extract to and click image line, then go to data, all that shows up are the pre-installed plugins, but no option for packs. Is there a possible way to change this. I've tried uninstalling and downloading FL studio already, but that didn't work. I've dragged the packs into FL studio itself, but then the next day, the sound kit doesn't open. Could it be my laptop? I recently had it repaired as my hard drive broke down, but I'm using a new hard drive now, and since then have i experienced this problem.

Doubt its the harddrive usually its just the file path leading to the samples. ( i dont use fl but for most software ) you go under prefrences and can assign the location to scan for additional sounds/kits/patches ect from here.
