For what you get for the price... Miroslav Philharmonik is a great great choice. Nothing fancy with the playability... just great sounding strings that load fast. They were doing a ridiculous sale recently... not sure if it's still going on.
You can also look at string libraries for Kontakt. Those tend to be the best overall. You may be able to find something in your price range.
Lastly.. you can lok at AAS String Studio as an alternative. They are modeled strings... but the modelings are very good. It's a nice alternative to live sounding orchestra strings.

Wasyauthstrings is great too but is CPU hog but great in my opinion
I try not to use more than one instance of it
i believe somebody said this earlier but Kontakt has some of the best strings. I use sessions strings and they work fine. sounds real transparent to me.
