Ableton Live BPM [HELP]

I don't think it's possible.. The easiest way for me to do this would be to just use a new scene with the new tempo that you'd like. Also you can automate the tempo but I don't know if that works with individual scenes.
 
ok. I can do for audio track. with warp. But i can't midi or vst tempos on the same scenes.. I want to tempos in the same scene because for launch control with midi keyboard.

I think you might be confusing "scene" with "track" here...the clips in your image are in the same track, but each horizontal row is a different scene. And scenes - as you might know - can have different tempos. You can just write diffent tempos (and time signature changes) in the scene name (ie. the master track) and Live will follow those, like this:
