Using Motif ES Rack with Fl Studio(full integration or vst?)

I just got a Motif Es rack and I'm trying to fully integrate it with FL. The problem is that when I use the midi out channel I only get a limited number of sounds listed. I saw a youtube video and the guy said to put the es on multi, but this apparently eliminates all the voices. In other words, if the motif has a 1000 sounds (just guessing) the midi out channel shows about 50-100 random ones. Is there any way use the motif rack like a VST? I did a search on the site and did not see anyone address this question.
