Ok, I have a Novation 61SLMKII, automap isnt working anymore in Cubase 7 and reason7 (it use to work just fine). So the automap mixer template is blank, Ive tried to reinstall the os mapping and template, it didnt work. Ive done prtty much every troubleshoot steps on the novation support website, but nothing fixed my problem. So, what I've done is reseted my keyboard to factory templates and tried it on a friend computer, guess what all templates are still blank. The problem must be inside the keyboard chip and this is no good, I ran out of ideas. Never had a problem until now.. Any ideas to help?
