Another MIDI Reccomendation Post. Advance49/VX49/CTRL49 etc...

I'm looking to upgrade my MIDI controller (I currently have an M-Audio Keystation49) and I'm getting a little tired of using the synth-action keys. Now I wouldn't mind spending $400-$500 on these new keyboards with the VIP software (plus I hear they come with a shitload of sounds), but I just want an opinion on whether you think it's worth the extra few hundred bucks to purchase one of them.

Requirements (if anyone is wondering):
49, Velocity-Sensitive, Semi-weighted keys with Aftertouch
DrumPads (8-12)
Eight knobs and/or faders
Some software included if possible
Compatible with FL Studio
