Slight noise coming from studio monitors.

Hello,
I recently purchased KRK Rokit 5's. I have them connected via 1/4 in. TRS to my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. There is a slight noise coming from my speakers, it is just a quiet daaa, it sounds like the power that's going to the speakers is coming out the output. It is both speakers as well. I turned them on without my computer and audio interface on and it didn't make the noise. Is this normal?

I looked up ground loop and I've put all my cables in one power extension and the issue still persists. When I have the speakers on but not connected to my focusrite scarlett 2i2 there is only a quiet noise coming from the tweeters.
