Should I get the Razer Adaro Stereos ?

Hey guys. I need a pair of headphones. I'm going to be mainly using them for my own music, since I don't go to studios. You know... I wanna be able to use the headphones to perfect my own music, as in using Compressors and EQs. Would it be a problem if I get a pair of Razer Adaro Stereos ? I'm asking this because I'm currently using the Apple earbuds from an iPhone 4 :D I prefer earbuds because I find them more comfortable, BUT if yall say I should get the Razers I will. I just happened to get a really good deal for them in my country. I can get em for 60$ which is pretty low considering the original price is 120$. Am I going to be OK with the Razers when compressing and EQing ? Thank you :)
 
Admittedly I've not heard them, but most likely these are built for gaming - which pretty much guarantees their frequency response is geared towards sounding sweet and bassy. I'd look at headphones made for mixing instead.
