Are they legit?

I see a bunch of mpc 2000's and 2000xl's runnin for like 500-700 on ebay. my question is, how amI suppossed to know if they are legit or not?

good deals on the bay dude....most of my stuff from ebay...just estab good comm with seller during bidding or before u buy now n you'll b fine...many chk/bal thru ebay to thwart fraud

*My thing is: "Brand new in the box." Anytime I see 'new in the box' or 'perfect condition,' - I research the SELLER a little and come to a decision based on thier pics/feedback. (Just like the others said...) A lot of people on eBay selling music equipment actually have little legit businesses... when they say 'new in the box,' they usually mean it.

I always use paypal. thats not a problem. But cant they do fraud with paypal also?
