quick question about the ensoniq asr-10

so I switched from producing on a computer to working with an asr. I'm loving it so far but theres one huge drawback that I hope to get around. When I make beats on the computer I have an extensive sample library I can fire through and audition while the beat is playing which is invaluable for finding the right sound. On the asr I have to sample in every sound I want to use which gets tiresome. I'm wondering if theres a way to save an instrument loaded with sounds, for instance if I sample like 50 kicks into the asr and had them all in the same instrument could I then save it so later on I could use it to pick a good kick for a beat then copy the sound to a blank instrument and delete the full one.

Really hope someone can help me with this. Thanks in advance!
