i was watching youtube random videos on my sunday lol when i went through this video of the way this guy has set up his mpc with his korg triton keyboard and yamaha motif rackmount
He showed how in the triton keyboard you had an option in menu called track parameter which chose which sound will your track play your internal sound(sounds of trition) or external sounds (sound of his motif rack) or both
Now my setup is a yamaha motif keyboard with a fantom xr rack...
The way i do it is for my first 8 track i take the volumes down completly in the mixer to have the sounds of the fantom playing and not the motif
and for the 8 last tracks i take down the volumes in the mixer of the fantom.
If i can get my motif keyboard to read certan chanels externally and certan chanels internally i would be in buisness
but cant figure out how to do it
if anyone has any idea plz let me know this would help me a lot in saving time making tracks and would make things go faster
