Here's what I'm working with:
Fantom X6
Pro Tools 7
Just got Reason 4
Situation:
I've been accustomed to sequencing in my fantom and just dropping it as audio into pro tools. Now that I have Reason I'm experimenting more with Midi.
All I'm trying to do is record my fantom sounds as midi into pro tools along with Reason. Well, if I have a layered drum for instance from the fantom, when I record to a midi track, I'm getting 3-4 little midi notes of the key that I hit on my keyboard and on playback it obviously flanges due to the same sound being recorded 3-4 times on the same track???? This is a pretty annoying situation, anyone who knows what's going on or further details Please help out, it would be highly appreciated. Thanks
