Fast Track Pro or Keep the Onyx Sattelite

I have not been on for a while... nice to be back. I wanted your opinion. Should I keep my Mackie Onyx Sattelite Firewire Pod or sell it and get the M-Audio Fast Track Pro 4x4?

I just picked up an Adaptec PCMCIA Firewire. So hopefully a name brand card will get rid of my freezing problem.
