Fantom changing instruments when midi to mpc 1000

All of a sudden when i record the midi note from my fantom to my mpc, and then when i play what i recorded to hear it, somehow mpc is triggering the fantom to change the instrument that i recorded. For example i record guitar sound, than when i play it back the sound is now a piano. Like i see the instruments keep changing on the fantom screen, when i scroll on my mpc. Can someone please tell me what is on goin on here.
 
MIDI Program Change.

It's probably a good idea if you learn some basic MIDI stuff, this kind of thing is like "first day at preschool".
 
u gotta turn off midi program changes on the fantom. idk how to do it but I know theres an option on my Trinity and I think theres one on my XP 30 too 5 never looked
