Sampletank wav. import. HELP!!!!

I'm trying to import wav. samples
I can play the sample in sampletank 2 but importing them is killing me

It tells me "Can't root note from sample, performing chromatic sample import."
then when I click ok.
then it says "invalid sample found"
THEN it says
"access violation at address 0932CC33"
then when I press ok
It says "converting sample"

where it freezes and I gotta use the task manager to shut down my DAW....


Any suggestions on how to fix this problem??? PLEASEE!!!!!!

Maybe try reconverting the .wav sample with something else then trying import again. Every once in a blue you might get a bad conversion with .wav samples or the program has a problem encoding the .wav binary.

Also make sure that the wav is not going beyond what it supports...like how long the sample itself is, the sample rate etc.
