Which program is the best for making this kind of music?

So, I'm really interested in just really exploring this forum and learning things, I feel like there's a lot to learn here.

I think you want to get started making music with a DAW. That's what the software is known as. There are several, and a handful of really big ones. FL Studio for PC, Logic Pro for Mac, Ableton, etc. Research the shit out of what a DAW is

Seems like you're interested in pop music, but I'm a little out of my element there so I don't know of specific synths or samples for that. reFX Nexus is a software synth you might be interested in.
