Plugging a TRS cable into a TS Jack?

I have a M-Audio Fast Track interface with TS (unbalanced) Jacks, if i used a TRS cable (which is balanced) will it make up for the interface being unbalanced? or am i better off getting a interface with balanced jacks? I will be using the interface with my 2 YSM 8 monitors if the set up is okay.

No, it won't magically make it balanced. Nothing wrong with unbalanced though, unless you have exceptionally long cable runs to your monitors for some reason.
