Please help me identify what this piece of gear is!!

Hi everyone, I'm new here so I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section. Anyway I've recently found a sort of mixer/sampler in a trashcan in my city and can't tell exactly what it is and how much it costs (I've been into music production for a few years but I'm quite sure I won't need this thing so I would sell it if possible). If you know something please tell me. By now it works and looks fine to me. Pic of the gear coming soon. Thanks!

Karma seems to be an Italian brand, although I've never heard of it before - seems like a lot of these low-end-ish brands that do PA stuff and cheap small mixers. I don't think this is especially valuable, but the sampler part makes it slightly more interesting. Judging from the prices of somewhat similar Karma products, I'd guess you could get about 80-100 euros for it.
