I've included a full diagram of the setup as an attachment to this post, so you guys can get a better idea of what I'm asking about.
- Each instrument's audio is fed into a Mackie Onyx 1220i mixer interface.
- Virus KB acts as main keyboard controller for external gear, with help from the Quadra Thru.
Question 1) Before I commit to audio, can I just MIDI sequence my MIDI gear using Maschine & have it all playing together on different MIDI channels, like on an MPC?
Question 2) When I'm ready to commit my MIDI to audio, is it possible to "multitrack" all my MIDI sequences for the entire duration of the song into audio tracks into Reaper, for mixing purposes? (ie create full-length audio stems...use Maschine as MIDI sequencer & Reaper as audio recorder DAW, etc.)
Question 3) Will I be able to record live filter/knob changes from any/all of my MIDI gear? (ie instead of just recording note velocity, key, etc... will I be able to save live filter tweaks, etc.)
