M-Audio Fast Track problem with FL studio and VST Plugins. . .

I bought the fast track to work as a sound card that would be better than the one my laptop provides me. However, whenever i run like two Nexus's or tone gladiator vsts at once, it seems to pop all over the place. . Must i also add that i have the sound card set to 4096, its highest setting, and this is still occuring!!!

set buffer length back down to :256 samples ,Make sure sample rate is on:44.1Khz,Interpolation;Linear....im sure u have :multithreaded processing ,and all performance orientated options checked on...basic stuff ,what ur hardware specs?Fl Studio version?

Make sure you have the Latest Drivers for your Fast track... when triggerig sounds u have to have a low buffer.. When Using Nexus make sure where your Ram or System Ram is at.. Make sure you have Enough Ram and CPU Cycles in Performance Control+ALT+ Delete to see that...
