Lexicon MX300 good for Symphony/Orch. manipulation?

Whats good FP fam, thinking of buying a Lexicon MX 300. I was wondering if there were any owners in this forums and if you'd say it's good enough to manipulate a large feel to it to manipulate that orchestra/symphony sound.Glad to hear from anyone, thanks in advance!
 
Well, these low/mid end hardware units aren't somehow magically better or even different than similar plugins, in terms of sound. It can be inspirational simply having that thing sitting in your rack though.
