Hello, I found a good deal on a pair of ROKIT 5's for 150 in total. The guy is getting rid of them because he is moving. They are 1st generation I'm pretty sure. Is there a big difference between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation? If not I might just buy these 1st generations. Thanks!

How old are the g1s? If they're not that old, still look good and doesn't seam abused, They'd be a good buy.
Don't buy used monitors. If something happens to them you'll be out of warranty and crap out of luck because paying to send them in for a quote and then finding out much they'll cost to repair is going to eventually total what you could have paid for a pair of G2's or G3's brand new. If they're G1's they probably went through hell over the course of a few years, get yourself a new pair, you won't regret it.
