Bare minimum is laptop and good headphones.
Other things that are very useful are monitor speakers, MIDI controllers, microphones and audio interfaces (Note that microphones and audio interfaces are only if you want to record audio)
A desktop PC will be better than a laptop as usual.
Also you'll need a DAW (software) which is a big decision to make.
