Does noise matter?

I have some noise coming out my speakers.

Does this actually matter? I can hear it, but I don't think it affects my final render or any of my mastering and it's a low enough level so that I can ignore it.

What are your thoughts?

Noise from the monitor amp(s)? As long as it doesn't distract you...
