Connecting Turntable to laptop

I an new to the field. I want to convert my family's vinyls to wav.
So my chain will be something like this: vinyl -> Stant-on T62 -> Preamp (not know the exact model yet) -> external soundcard -> laptop

My questions are:

1) Which Preamp would you recomend (below 100 €)?
2) Which external usb soundcard would you recomend?
3) Are there any usb soundcards that contain their own Preamp, and if so should I go for it or not?

If thats all you are doing I think you can get a phono to USB adaptor pretty cheap so no need for the other stuff as it has a built in pre. Saw them at best buy here in the states a while back.
