Upgradng interfaces! Plz help

Ok SO I do have a few things that I really want in an interface, 2 separate headphone jack, Decent/Good pre amps, Something study, And something that is in a reasonable price range..... I know a lot to ask... But please I really need these specs on something reliable!

2-4 , I like to setup 2 different mix maybe. Firewire preferred but will deal with a usb for alittle bit. and my banothiggest think is I want 2 headphone jacks. I don't like wanting to buy another separate not at the the moment!

Ive read the berhinger FCA1616 are just crap and that's the one I was looking at copping, Along with focusrite preamp, Before I pick up a new mic also haha.... Sorry about the long rant.
 
Something in the 250-350 price range. Atleast 2 mic pre's (am Im getting a separate one) 2 headphone jack, and that's all Im in need of at the moment!
