Sounds are cutting out

Whats good fellow producers, I encountered a problem today in FL studio. I am using FL Studio 11 and when open a file to to pick on the beat I left off, the sounds for my track cuts out. I'm not sure if my computer have enough hardware, but I can't hear all the sounds in my piano roll. If anyone has any tips on how to make the sounds work again please, fill free to drop some knowledge because I'm at a total loss :(...

If it's not a hard ware problem check your clips in the play list if they over lap you'll cut out the start of your next clip.
