I run an AudioBox 22VSL specifically for my guitar input (without any of the vsl nonsense), and up until recently have found it to be a great interface. (Crystal clear pre-amps, quality DA Converter, solid construction...). Recently it started not being detected on boot. By that I mean, in order for it to receive any power I have to unplug and then re-plug it into the usb after Windows(7 x64) is fully booted.
This same problem occurs on any USB port as well as my laptop, so it has to be an issue with the box/drivers, and not the machine. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this an issue with multiple PreSonus boxes? And... what suggestions might anybody have as to a comparable replacement with the same, or better, specs? (Keep in mind, it's only being used as an input for guitar, not running main Daw).
