New Interface Purchase

After years of working with the bare minimum, I can now afford to purchase quality equipment and take my production and engineering seriously. One of the first purchases will be an interface, but I'm having an issue figuring out what type I should get. I plan on buying a midi controller, a mic, a MPC 1000, monitors, and a turntable (USB & RCA). I want to be able to record from the turntable to the MPC and also have the ability to record from the turntable directly into the DAW. Essentially what I'm asking is how many inputs and outputs should the interface have to create the most efficient setup connecting these pieces of equipment?

Minimum two inputs - left and right channel from mpc ;) so basically all interfaces avaiable on the market will work ;)
Two outputs for monitors as well - left and right
