Mouse & pointer fatigue

Hey guys
I spend sometimes 16 hours behind my desktop editing. Does anyone know of a good ergonomic desktop DAW controller for Ableton and Reason... I'm using both rewired? Using the mouse & pointer is so time consuming and was figuring there's got to be another way.

Hey Keith

A friend of mine introduced me to a DAW he uses call Kontrol Master. It's from Touch Innovations.
you may want to take a look at it.
 
Ableton's own Push is a nice controller for Live. Not sure if it's gonna be of any use in Reason though.
