Headphones under 200 Euros for producing and mixing (“Audio-Technica ATH-M50 X”)

I’m looking for studio headphones under 200 Euros/Dollars for producing and also for mastering (mainly for producing), they shouldn’t be too heavy because I would like to use them for producing out of the studio (Travelling etc.)

I’ve seen a lot of people talking about the “Audio-Technica ATH-M50 X”. They seem to be very handy and good in sound quality...

What do you guys think? Are the “Audio-Technica ATH-M50 X” headphones okey?
