Mbox Setup For Sale

I've got a Mbox(original) in working condtion. And it comes with the Pro Tools software(6.4) and the iLok. There are a few other disks in the box that i havent messed with. I bought it from my older bro about a year ago and i want to get serious about recording so i want to upgrade. Im asking about 200 or best offer.
 
What's the iLok for?

FPers, be careful of money transaction and trades, people have been getting scammed on this site. I can't judge for who is and isn't scamming, most I can warn you to do is be sceptical and careful with transactions.

actually im not sure what the iLok is for. I think its to use all the plug ins it comes with. Not to sure though
