And are looking to get rid of it, I'm willing to trade my XP laptop and some cash if necessary.
My laptop:
Gateway MX7118
AMD Athlon 2.19 Ghz
960 MB Ram (Upgradable to 1.5 GB)
160 GB Internal HD (Replaced 3 Months Ago)
Windows XP Media Center Edition
Will ship a USB Audio Sound Card (If you have an interface you don't need this) and a New Power Cable.
If you do serious recording, I'd look into downgrading to XP Home or upping to XP Pro. (ASIO issues especially with M-Audio Interfaces)
What I'm looking for
Macbook or iMac
At least 80 GB internal
At least 1GB Ram
At least 1.42 Ghz
If you have Logic Studio 8 with it, that is a def plus.
If you have 2 GB Ram installed, that's a plus too.
