Brand new in box akai mpk49 with upgraded mpc fat pads

I have a brand new MPK49, box opened only to install upgraded MPC fat pads and tested new sensitivity. newer pads are MUCH more accurate. I have the original pads as well. All manuals, cords included in box part of the package.

MPK49 retails: $399

MPC fat pads upgrade: $40

Looking for $275 or best offer.
