Building a "mobile" studio on a budget.

I want to get a decent set up to recording whole bands (i don't mind tracking things separately, actually I prefer it) and basically anything, choirs, etcs.. and it needs to be mobile and easy to set up & tear down. I wanna start up a small side business doing this.

I'll have about a $1000-2000 budget (the less I spend the better, because then I can spend more on advertising :))

I have a Toshiba laptop I will be using and these are the (bigger) things on my shopping list.

Alesis MultiMix 16
Amazon.com : Alesis MultiMix 16 USB FX 16-Channel Mixer with Effects and USB Audio Interface : Unpowered Audio Mixers : Musical Instruments

matched pair of C2 mics
Amazon.com : Behringer C-2 Condenser Microphone Cardioid : Musical Instruments

Drum mic set
Amazon.com: Pyle-Pro PDKM7 7 Microphone Wired Drum Kit with Mounting Accesories: Musical Instruments

+ varoius cables and small things like mic stands, spider mounts, pop filters, etc.

I also will be building some portable sound barriers etc.

What other equipment would you recommend getting? Keep in mind I wanna stay in my budget. I believe everything on my full list comes to right under $700.

Thanks in advanced guys!
