Best Condensor Microphone Below 100 $?

which is the best condenser mic below 100$ (Canadian Dollars) preferably a USB mic, because I don't have audio interface.
 
they are all the same: either they are all made in the same factory in China or the design and components are the same
 
If you've got an audio interface with built in preamps then I'd avoid USB mics altogether...

in this price range: Behringer or Samson (Samson does a muti-pattern LDC very cheaply that I've seen good reviews for... Can't remember the model though...)

I have the M-Audio Producer... I paid very little for it... I'm glad about that... Nuf said.
 
In fact!

in this price range I'd think about a SDC (small diaphragm) rather than a LDC... Maybe the Rode M3?!

Ive used it and the AKG C1000 and it poops all over the AKG!
