Behringer U-Control (Audio Interface)

How good are they? My brother wants to get one to record DJ mixes, but I'm not convinced and I keep advising him to get a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2.

Could I get some clarification on them both please?

get the focusrite - the UC is inconsistent although my guess is that the current versions are much better than the first release bleeding edge versions (I have two: bought 1 a week after they were released here in Aus and the second one came with my USB guitar also by behringer)
