audio interface and midi problem

since i got an audio interface, my laptop doesnt recognize my korg micro key 37 as a device anymore. someone told me to go manually change my computer in its settings to recognize the key board everytime i wanted to use it but i dont know how to do it. any help would be appreciated.
 
what is your computer?

your os?

have you tried to reinstall the drivers for the korg?

i have an asus laptop, about 4 years old. good specs. Windows 7 operating, and i have uninstalled and reinstalled and updated. I have the steinburg urs audio interface.
 
bandcoach, any idea? and if you know fl studio well, i have another problem. I just got the free upgrade for fl 12 and i put synthmaster into the vst folder, the synthmaster.dll file, and now when i go to open it, it says its not the proper installation folder.
 
You should probably install Synthmaster with its own installers instead of manually moving the files around. Or at least read through the installation procedure in the manual.
