Any advice on buying a keyboard stand?

Seeing that my desk can't do the job, I'm looking to buy a cheap keyboard stand. Like a really cheap one, max. 45 US dollars. Anything I should know doe?

I have a Roland A-49 MIDI Keyboard if that helps
