so here's the thing. i ordered audio technica at2020 usb version but they sent me the xlr version . now im in need of a audio interface/pramp to connect the mic to pc but im confused about which one to pick cause im in tight budget and cant afford expensive stuffs.blue icicle xlr to usb seems easiest way but im confused about the sound quality.because thats all i care about.
and yes i dont want any instrument input cause im gonna only record vocal.
how about behringer xenyx 302usb and nady SMPS-1X (since at2020 needs 48v phantom power). what do you guys think ? do you recommend this setup over blue icicle ? you think theres gonna be noise/hum/gain issue with the xenyx 302usb since i'll connect the mic through Nady SMPS-1x ?? or do you recommend any other device ? my budget is around 80/-USD.
and one more thing.my fl studio starts crackling after putting some heavy vst for instance nexus.iv changed ASIO settings several times with no luck.maybe i configured it wrong my question is, will a audio interface fix the problem ? like if i buy
behringer uca 222 ? or more high end interface ... thnx.
