Nice intimate setup.
Its the kind I still prefer. Check your monitors. They look like they could be below ear-level and I don't know if they should be pointing inwards so much. I prefer my near-fields headon slightly tilted inwards. If you're trying to maxmize your ability to discern stereo image I would leave that up to your monitoring headphones.

Haha. That's awesome. The guy may be running 1000 FX plugins and synths but... damn its lacking.. "stuff". I have the same nagging thought in my mind sometimes since i've banished much of my hardware but really it's much better having most of that "stuff" in the box. The only outboard gear I prefer is a nice console/surface and preamp inputs for running mixes through. As always it depends on your setup and what you're trying to produce as well.
