I used the last in 1992! :) Before I'd had the headphones has k7 Aiwa walkmans, etc. .. lol nothing to see what the akg K140 my father, not very comfortable .. this sony headphones was a revelation for me, I've still enjoy al use.

I found these speakers in a bad state at the suspensions.
After a little control in the U.S. and a few hours of work, they found a second life. I have listings and original cartons, they are now in a new state.
They are a small DriveES LUXMAN L30 despite 100 watts of 4408.

The usefulness of a sub is not a show and it is essential in the studio who wants to hear everything and be able to work on the bass. CMS sub is quite large / bulky and quite heavy (23 kg). So do not plan the trip by public transport for transportation.

Dj retired I was looking for a nice tool to mix a little at home.
This little controller is really good. I mapped with Traktor Pro2 and after several hours of trying and personal settings is a real toy for big DDJ Ergo.
I was afraid of buying a gadget quenini but it's a small killing.
K looks better but my dealer had not in stock ;)
Voilou, a very good machine that blends very well with the software Traktor Pro2 treats my daughter and 6-month ave these little light!

I use it for 2 months.
I had the opportunity to test any other model attenuator before. It meets two needs:
1. Able to use my system Engl E530 - Mesa 20/20 - OUR Cabinet 4x12 "at home by pushing the power amp and without damage to the ears and the neighborhood
2. Mesa also integrate in my recordings, knowing that I work exclusively made "silent" no microphone to the speaker. Until then, I captured the output signal directly from the Engl preamp to an input of my sound card, with the attenuator "loadbox mode" I get the output signal from the power amp.
Features:
I chose this model because it has all the features I needed, it is properly sized for my amp power level while the competition is usually around 100/150 Watts (and cheaper!) and that's the craft made in France! It is very simple to use: the output of the amp input on cable, and speaker output, then select the level of attenuation. A switch allows you to bypass the attenuator, and another to use loadbox mode ie with an "infinite attenuation" can be downright safely disconnect the speaker grill of the amp. In parallel, it has a line out for use on a mixer or sound card input, the level can be adjusted via the knob on the front. It may therefore be appropriate:
1. Use only the attenuation function
2. Using the attenuation function AND swing along the line output to other equipment (sound, sound card, or another amp)
3. Use only the line output from the attenuation mode loadbox
Note that the housing has a second output to eventually connect a second speaker. I do not have utility for the moment, but considering the price of the option (10 €) ...
Use:
Pure bliss! Finally I can push my amp lamps and thoroughly enjoy it at home! When I turn the channel volume of the amp connected to the attenuator background (20W so), the maximum attenuation (-30dB) would play in the apartment, for my part I use one of the two lower levels (-27 or -24). For an amp of this power Power Attenuator 50 is perfectly sized. Meanwhile, the spectrum seems very well preserved, I do not have the sensation of sound alteration. Ditto for recording, I use behind a speaker simulation software to IR base and it sounds really realistic. On clear and distortion low-gain sounds, the color of the power amplifier is obvious compared to my previous config (IR applied directly to the preamp signal).
Anyway, now that I have this little box it has become indispensable to me. I recommend it to all those who have the same needs as me. In particular, I think it is really a solution that really works for home studio owners who want to catch quality guitar without having to manage the problems associated with the use of a microphone in front of the amp (quality of micro, positioning, size, sound insulation, noise ...).

I use the microwave for a few years but I did not know he was a pro Burstbucker. And I fell up when I found out!
Usually I do not like these pickups too but it is a real killer!
So I said: I have a 2005 Les Paul (bought new) that was equipped with the original pickups, pro bb chrome then, and a 1999 Les Paul (used) with a micro bridge bb pro gold finish.
Oddly I find that there is a difference, we feel mics 2005 bit stiff, coarse, while gold is both bold and soft tender but still very robust, with a trashy side. This is not necessarily what I'm looking at the bottom but it really has a character that I will be hard to pass me.
So is this-that the difference stems from the fact that he is older or the gold finish? Probably aging micro I guess.
I should mention that I changed the pickups in my Gibson 2005, so I can not stand the bb pro at the base, with SD Alnico II Pro (not Slash signature, but those that actually used in the time Guns n 'roses).
These microphones are very good but I prefer my bridge pro BB though less versatile because its grain is huge!

Singing with microphone (sm58s) or without switch (SM58) used by a lot of bands and singers. Rather directional, it does not take too much of his side which is useful.

Just be careful, 7 watts or 15 watts, it is not speaking as head spits VERY VERY strong, in an apartment, not to exceed one volume!
For those who complain that it lacks a channel to be a good head etc, when you buy a head with only one channel, we know that we will receive, otherwise buy something else ...
(A little more for the effects loop often not present on these little amps)

Finally an amp of this range with a standby button that allows heat to better manage heating / stop lamps.
Made in china (for current models), very good build quality. Finish that is not too crazy, except maybe the handle.
Heavy (the weight of my 7 year old daughter, ie 22 kg) but for me it is not a bad thing because the size and thickness of the wood that it does not vibrate when you start mounting the volume. The back is almost closed, giving a better overall sound reproduction (particularly on low).
For me it lacks something essential: a switch shine.
To understand what it is, see the topic "bright cap" (very simple modification of the circuit I made) -2 points, but returned with the mod.
The two non-switchable channels are a bit old-school, but also the charm (-1 point)
The look can like it or not, I love it. It is unmistakable, and it is super nice.
