Palmer Triage - Amp Selector - It's tough!

by Jblanc on 05-19-2013 04:41 AM

I use it for 2 weeks. I used a very long A / B Box Morley. Well here we are not in the same category at the component level, finish and use. 1 guitar input to 3 outputs to three different amps or mixers. I love the gain for each output (up to + 12dB) and the mass selector and polarity reversal. With these tools farewell unwanted hum. It is easy to switch from one amp and the other via the switch Sidekick to use several simultaneously. The power required is 9V for a consumption of 120 mA. While the pedal is expensive but given its reliability and its very professional design, I wonder how I managed without it! Only damage it weighs a little heavy (1.2Kg) but the weight of the quality ...

Starway Tiwa - Dangerous model in my

by profx on 05-19-2013 04:09 AM

Like many here, I found super cheap, pretty. But then, I took several landfills. While enjoying some free time, I open. And ... there is drama. I do not know if this is often the case, but I hallucinated. In fact, everything is well done in, but one size detail. Well switches just cut the live wire. The neutral is connected. Well, I personally think it's very dangerous. Even a multi taken first prize includes a double switch cutting power on 2 son. I'm not drawing the risks. I'll add a power switch to be quiet during connections.

Boss ME-50 Guitar Multiple Effects - Not bad .... In my use, at least

by Foreverchild on 05-19-2013 02:00 AM

Housing sturdy and solid iron well! Connection: -1 Taking alim -1 Jack for footswitch -1 Input for an MP3 player or another. -1 Entry for ...... Well yer guitar! 6.35 -1 output for headphones (stereo) -2 Mono outputs to go into a mixing desk or amplifier. No connection to a PC. This is the modeling technique with Boss COSM. A compressor, 7 microphone models 4 reverb's noise reduction, an expression pedal, and distos OD's, the modulations, delays. We can chain up to 7 effects simultaneously.

    Crown XLS 5000 - BOF

    by podium.multilights on 05-19-2013 01:51 AM

Powerful amp but certainly not practical connection (no plug transplanting XLR) and roasted at once after 3ANS to avoid

Mac Mah MAC SNOW 1200D - very well

    by podium.multilights on 05-19-2013 01:44 AM

I use it for 3 months I have tried a snow cannon universal effect I chose this type of device and I use dmx mode I have 4 and freestyler we can set the speed at 110 dmx on the snow flakes expelled for about ten meters tank 5 liter can hold an evening I again used with three other snow machines of the same type (I therefore 4) the effect is striking compared to the price and a lot lighter and less bulky than machinery universal effect and especially works by dmx I would do without this choice problem at least to begin in the snow machines and the effect of flakes couples a lazer is exceptional

Chromateq Led Player 512 - Very good solution.

    by manu-d on 05-19-2013 01:29 AM

I just made this evening with several software mostly I use Daslight but I wanted a Mac compatible solution. It is not as advanced as Daslight, but less expensive, multi-platform. For mobile disco is ample, the editor of effect is quite comprehensive and intuitive. You must read the manual to understand the difference between scenes and programs. For me it just lacks the ability to add live in FX buttons and syncho tempo. Library patch is not very complete, but I created my concoctions, so no cares. It is stable, can be controlled by a touch pad or noon. In short it is a good solution to those who want to move from windows!

    Behringer MICROMIX MX400

by Foreverchild on 05-19-2013 01:21 AM

Small mixer. 4 mono inputs and 1 output stereo jack 6.35. Can operate without power (just to connect four instruments), but so you can not adjust the volume of each instrument. If you plug the power, then the "mix" is possible.

    Yamaha PS 20

by Foreverchild on 05-19-2013 12:22 AM

49 keyboard keys light touch. 4 octaves. No effect except sustain. No controllers pitch, filter, LFO etc etc ...... Connection "RCA" plug "Headphones." An integrated HP (poor quality, but good to see the age of the beast). Music: Organ 1 Organ 2, Trumpet, Strings, Clarinet, Oboe, Harpsichord, Piano, Vibraphone, Accordion. The sounds are not editable. Unknown to me polyphony. Perhaps looking at the previous opinion.

Numeric keypad. 3 octaves and touches. In short, a child's toy. 99 sounds already programmed non-editable. No effects. No audio output (a small built-in speaker), but Headphones output. 5 pads (kick, snare, Hit-Hat, Tom, Ride). A small sequencer with certain patterns (rock, pop, samba etc etc ....). Vantage 725B - Very good bass for beginners.

by Caveed on 05-18-2013 10:43 PM

    - Made in Korea (I'm not sure of the year, but I think it dates from the 90s) - 4 strings - Fixed bridge, string through non- - 24 frets - Pickups Jazz Bass / Precision passive. - For potentiometers, when I got it, they were not working, I know there is a switch and three others (volume / tone, but I could not tell which) The pickups are not great, but the violin is for this low price (bought for 100 € used), very good.

Dr. Z Amplification M12 - Really excellent. To test urgently ...

    Young Pedals ADM-600 - Promising!

by Jumikael on 05-18-2013 05:18 PM

Note: this is not an opinion based on my experience, I do not get the pedal in a month. It is an analog delay of 600ms (kind of bucket brigade - new 3205s that power all recent analog delays), with a modulation can be activated or not. It fits in a hammond 1590a (cmd components) and even offers "trails" also activated if desired (inside the box). It is based on the pattern of boss DM-2, which also has a buffer with a light marked the deluxe memory man for the "filter" that is based on op-amp (if I understood correctly).

Planet Waves PW-AG30 - good but jack ...

by gratteurdebluesteel on 05-18-2013 05:06 PM

    - How long have you use it? 8 years old, I bought one 2-3 years ago - Have you tried many other models before buying it? Yes, the fender that has not taken in time, and not like the texture of the hanging cable sheath, the planet waves without interruption system - What is the particular feature you like best and least? the +: breaking system, necessary changes on stage with guitar, seamless system, simply: Remove the screw that also makes ground contact, cut the right cable, put it back into the socket, screw screw, and voila! the -: in my opinion it lacks a spring or other system for the cable does not bend too much in output jack. Also the locking screw is only in my mind just a little. - How would you rate the quality / price? Pretty good, the cable is good, solid taken - With experience, you do again this choice? Yes, I recommend around me.

AKG WMS 40 Mini2 Instumental Set Dual - Hf AKG

by HStuder on 05-18-2013 04:55 PM

The WMS 40 Mini Pro is also available in microphone ISM1 hand 2.3. The HDAP technology which it is provided allows a quality performance restitution. From a range of 30 hours with one AA battery, the transmission is not in default in making a perimeter of 25m. The construction of the microphone body is solid and fairly neutral in terms of handling noise, the battery cover does not pose a problem. It is equipped with a switch and an LED, the grid is solid. Receiver side, the case is metal, the front has a short antenna, a potentiometer output level switch and three LEDs, RF, Clip On / off. The rear panel has a 12v power socket adapter which is supplied to the audio output jack 6.35 symmetrical, the cord is not an XLR would have been desirable, but requires small price. In practice, this mic is a good level, the record is very clear and without dropping Hf. AKG microphone Hf very affordable prices and specifications without surprises.

Tobago SLS Cuir - The top straps without changing your straps

by gratteurdebluesteel on 05-18-2013 04:41 PM

Yes a bit pricey ... but really this locking system is top notch. It allows: - To hang his guitar safely - To keep the leather in contact with the guitar not to damage - Not to change his guitar - To keep the flexibility in the straps ... unlike the system of Planet Waves I can not find him qualities ... The leather is a little damaged (2012) and suddenly instead of the change I made repair asking me to change a saddle parts worn leather. Found today, I find it unfortunate that Tobago has stopped production ... If I had known, I would have a stock :/

Akai MPC Renaissance - an empty shell

by fabamarie on 05-18-2013 04:36 PM

we can say it is like a control surface with dedicated software (but it can also controlling vst) it also serves as USB hub, which is pretty awesome to connect a master keyboard or other control surface I turn on a macbook pro 2009 dual core with 4GB of RAM and it runs well
