A channel function that mutes all other channels in the monitor mix, leaving the remaining channels level dependent on gain and fader controls (unlike PFL). The signal will retain stereo field and will therefore respond to panning. AFL is the same but in mono, thus SIP is sometimes refered to as stereo AFL.
